As an Executive Coach and Leadership Advisor, I understand the realities of launching companies, leading teams, and carrying responsibility for organizations.

I bring experience from building companies, leading teams, and coaching leaders navigating complex decisions.

I have been an entrepreneur for over a decade and have founded five companies, including two first-of-their-kind businesses in Canada focused on solving the food waste problem.

Today I am the Co-Founder of Comeback Catalyst, a national nonprofit that helps formerly incarcerated individuals launch businesses. In its first year, Comeback Catalyst supported 119 leaders and built national partnerships across Canada.

Leading this organization gives me firsthand experience with the complexity, pressure, and responsibility that leadership requires.

I received my Executive Coaching Certificate from the Rotman School of Management and was honoured to be named Valedictorian.

I have taught and mentored more than 400 leaders globally and have served on advisory councils including for the United Nations and the Canadian Federal Government.

I have been recognized as one of Canada’s Top 30 Under 30 in Sustainability by Corporate Knights and named an Emerging Leader by the University of Toronto.

My coaching style is clear, direct, supportive, and strategic.

Across all of my work, I remain deeply committed to supporting founders and leaders who are building meaningful organizations and leading with purpose.
